Le Arance rosse a Pechino

La Cina da il benvenuto alle arance rosse italiane - Le arance rosse italiane il 2 Aprile 2019 saranno protagoniste in Cina nell'Ambasciata d'Italia a Pechino in un evento di benvenuto che annuncerà l'ingresso della pioniera Oranfrizer in questo nuovo mercato, l'iniziativa "Vulcanica, Vitaminica, Naturale. Dall'Italia alla Cina l'arancia rossa unica al mondo" coinvolgerà importatori, distributori, operatori del settore horeca e della GDO, chef e giornalisti. A presentare le arance rosse a Pechino saranno Salvo Laudani e Sara Grasso di Oranfrizer, manager della prima e finora unica azienda italiana che dopo la firma dei recenti protocolli ha esportato i primi container di arance in Cina via nave.

Interverranno per l'occasione Ettore Francesco Sequi, l'Ambasciatore d'Italia nella Repubblica Popolare Cinese, Amedeo Scarpa, Direttore dell'Ufficio ICE a Pechino, Mao Hong Ming l'importatore cinese di Ningbo Texstar Trading & Industry co Ltd.

"Essere i primi è una grande responsabilità – afferma Nello Alba, Ceo Oranfrizer - abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per raggiungere questo obiettivo. Ma arrivare in Cina non è la fine di un'azione di export, è solo l'inizio. Incontreremo a Pechino importatori ed operatori del settore che in futuro potrebbero scommettere con noi sull'arancia rossa e sul made in Italy, la diffusione del prodotto nei mercati e suggerirne il consumo è un impegno che stiamo ancora svolgendo avvicinandoci alle richieste della comunità cinese. Oltre i confini d'Europa cerchiamo di stabilire dialoghi e relazioni economiche sicure e durevoli, le uniche che possono rivelarsi promettenti per migliorare il futuro della nostra agricoltura siciliana.
Valorizzare nel mondo il frutto più prezioso che coltiviamo in Sicilia è una mission continua per noi, esporteremo il nostro tesoro agroalimentare italiano ed europeo solo dove può trovare alto gradimento e il giusto valore".

L'evento che si svolgerà a Pechino consentirà ai portatori di interesse di degustare il nuovo agrume entrato nel mercato cinese, sarà trasferita ogni informazione sull'arancia rossa che da adesso è possibile importare. Il primo importatore cinese Mao Hong Ming, l'unico che attualmente dispone di arance rosse made in Italy sarà coinvolto nell'iniziativa per raccontare la sua esperienza "Lavoriamo da anni con l'Italia e l'Europa sia in import sia in export – afferma l'importatore - conosciamo bene il food italiano e riconosciamo l'enorme valore e potenziale che i prodotti italiani possono avere nel mercato cinese e per questo motivo che abbiamo voluto fare da pionieri importando le arance rosse italiane, nonostante le distanze ed i tempi prolungati di transito perché siamo sicuri che aldilà delle difficoltà tecniche il consumatore cinese apprezzerà l'unicità delle arance rosse siciliane, il sapore particolare, la meravigliosa colorazione ma soprattutto gli effetti benefici di questi preziosissimi frutti. Siamo positivi guardano al futuro di questo business". L'esportazione via nave potrebbe continuare già in questa stagione agrumaria, in futuro potrà essere sperimentata anche la via aerea.

"Il consumatore cinese di oggi è sempre più sofisticato e disponibile verso nuove esperienze di cibi e sapori. - aggiunge Amedeo Scarpa, direttore di ICE Pechino e coordinatore degli Uffici ICE in Cina – è pronto a sperimentare nuove varietà, anche di frutta fresca. Ma è anche sempre molto più attento alla sicurezza ed affidabilità di ciò che mette a tavola. E' per questo che i prodotti Made in Italy, incluso le arance di Sicilia, oggi ancor piu' che nel passato sono in perfetta sintonia con le nuove attente esigenze del consumatore cinese, perchè assicurano con processi certificati gli standard di qualità e sicurezza richiesti. I margini di crescita verso questo mercato sono molto ampi e le modalità di fornitura e distribuzione potranno avvantaggiarsi anche delle piattaforme e-commerce tenuto conto che la Cina è per fatturato il più grande mercato B2C al mondo: nel 2018 800 miliardi di US$, ovvero la metà del commercio mondiale B2C realizzato tramite tali piattaforme elettroniche di commercio".

Salvo Laudani e Sara Grasso, Marketing Manager ed Export Manager di Oranfrizer, a Pechino descriveranno l'unicità del territorio d'origine dell'arancia rossa e tutte le peculiarità dell'agrume made in Italy: si parlerà di gusto, pigmentazione, varietà e cultivar innovativi, proprietà organolettiche e microclima. Il pubblico specializzato potrà visualizzare dei film sulla produzione made in Italy e sull'arancia rossa per cogliere ogni dettaglio sulla filiera tricolore che lavora seguendo dei principi di alta qualità. Verranno approfonditi i fattori microclimatici che caratterizzano la Piana di Catania alle pendici del vulcano Etna, dove maturano le arance rosse Tarocco, Moro e Sanguinello uniche al mondo. A completare l'evento sarà una degustazione tematica a base delle arance rosse esportate - Tarocco e Moro - a cura dello chef italiano Fabio Falanga che molti fa assaporare i sapori d'Italia a Pechino.

"Rimanendo rispettosi della tradizione culinaria italiana esalteremo il sapore delle arance che sono arrivate dalla Sicilia, faremo provare questo straordinario frutto in diverse forme e consistenze con abbinamenti più o meno usuali" anticipa lo chef Falanga. Gli agrumi verranno proposti in tutta la loro autenticità, saranno elaborate alcune preparazioni per veicolare la versatilità dei frutti anche in cucina, per la preparazione di ricette dolci e salate, bevande nutrienti e cocktails alcolici.

L'evento organizzato da Oranfrizer nasce in sinergia con il progetto di CSO Italy "The European Art of Taste", è dedicato alla Cina ed è finanziato dall'Unione Europea, presenta i valori dell'ortofrutta italiana, in particolare le arance rosse raccolte in Sicilia e altre eccellenti produzioni del made in Italy (kiwi, pere, mele, succhi di frutta e verdure trasformate).

CHINA WELCOMES ITALIAN RED ORANGES

On April 2nd 2019 The Italian red oranges will be protagonists in China at the Embassy of Italy in Beijing in a welcome event that will announce the entry of the pioneer Oranfrizer into this new market, the "Volcanic, Vitaminic, Natural" initiative. From Italy to China the unique red orange in the world will involve importers, distributors, operators in the HORECA sector and large-scale retail trade, chefs and journalists. Salvo Laudani and Sara Grasso from Oranfrizer will present the red oranges in Beijing, manager of the first and so far the only Italian company that, after the signing of the recent protocols, exported the first containers of oranges to China by sea. Also Ettore Francesco Sequi, the Italian Ambassador in China, Amedeo Scarpa, Director of the ICE Office in Beijing, Mao Hong Ming, the Chinese importer of the company Ningbo Texstar Trading & Industry co Ltd will attend .

The event will allow to taste the new citrus fruit entering the Chinese market, learn all information about the red orange now possible to import.
The first Chinese importer Mao Hong Ming, the only one who currently supplies the made-in-Italy red oranges will be involved to tell about his experience "We have been working for years with Italy and Europe both in import and in export - the importer affirms - we know well the Italian food and recognize the enormous value and potential that Italian products can have in the Chinese market and for this reason we wanted to be pioneers by importing Italian red oranges, despite the distances and long transit time because we are sure that beyond the technical difficulties the Chinese consumers will appreciate the uniqueness of Sicilian red oranges, the particular taste, the wonderful color but above all the beneficial effects of these precious fruits. We are positive, considering the future of this business". The export by see could continue in this current citrus season, and also the air shipment maybe in the next future.

citrus: we will talk about taste, pigmentation, varieties and innovative cultivar, organoleptic properties and microclimate. The specialized public will be able to see films on made in Italy and on red orange to capture every detail about the Italian production chain that works according to high quality features. The microclimatic factors in Catania Plain at the slopes of the Etna volcano will be studied in depth, where the unique Tarocco, Moro and Sanguinello red oranges ripen. Completing the event will be a thematic tasting based on exported red oranges - Tarocco and Moro - by the Italian chef Fabio Falanga who many will enjoy the flavors of Italy in Beijing.

"Respecting the Italian culinary tradition we will enhance the taste of Sicilian oranges, trying extraordinary fruit in different shapes and textures with common and unusual combinations" discloses chef Falanga.
Citrus fruits will be offered in all their authenticity, some preparations will be prepared to convey the versatility of the fruits also in the kitchen, for the preparation of sweet and savory recipes, nutritious drinks and alcoholic cocktails.

The event organized by Oranfrizer is born in synergy with the CSO Italy project "The European Art of Taste", dedicated to China and financed by the European Union, presenting the values of Italian fruit and vegetables, in particular the red oranges harvested in Sicily and other excellent productions of Made in Italy (kiwi, pears, apples, fruit juices and processed vegs).
